Pioneer Log Homes Midwest initially works with you on design, budget and pricing. After final plans are created by Pioneer’s experienced design team, preliminary construction takes place on one of four Pioneer log yards near Williams Lake, BC. After details are honed to perfection, the logs are tagged and transported to the building site. We arrange for transportation, crane and set crew.

Trained under master builders from British Columbia, the experienced Pioneer Log Homes Midwest crew then reassembles the logs on your foundation one log at a time while adding finishing touches. We work with you on whatever level of service is needed. We are a resource to answer any questions, we advise and work with your selected contractors on mechanicals through finish, and we return after construction to settle the house.

His brother, Andre Chevigny, followed suit to become a master builder and now is the General Manager overseeing day to day operations. Another brother, David Chevigny, works as Pioneer Logging in securing and harvesting timber.
